I
met a lady by a swimming pool one morning. She's in her mid-eighties. I've
known her for years. She swims a few laps every morning. We had a pleasant chat
on her life. She spoke about her husband and her children.
When I asked her about her grandchildren, she said, "I leave my
grandchildren to themselves. I prefer to keep the company of my friends. It's
less stressful".
I guess she's one person who's quite independent and enjoys life. She reads a
lot, too. She's a fan of my books.

A life spent worthily should be measured by a nobler line - by
deeds - not by years.
