I
do not usually watch TV but I enjoy watching sports on cable TV. I watch especially
football and tennis.
However,
I usually will not watch live telecasts of the matches, should I favour a
player or team.
I
find that it will be too taxing for my heart as the excitement of the matches
will trigger my ticker box to palpitate to overdrive. I will, either, read a
book or do something on the computer, instead, and come back every now and then
to see how the matches are going on. I will then watch the replay of the
matches at other times, only if my favourite teams or players won.
This
is good as my wife can watch her soap opera whenever a live telecast of
football or tennis is on. I usually do not watch TV, either, when my wife is at
home as I have all the time to do it when she is at work. I will also do it in
the small hours when she is in bed.
However,
television does not occupy much of my time, I prefer to read a book or do some
writing on the computer.
ltbs
I
find television very educational. Every time someone switches it on, I go to
another room and read a good book.
